Plant Med Clinics provides evidence-based herbal medicine consultations, clinical nutrition plans, and lifestyle counseling for chronic disease management and preventive care. Our services are delivered by qualified naturopathic physicians and are not a substitute for emergency medical treatment or surgical intervention. We do not prescribe, dispense, or recommend pharmaceutical drugs, cannabis, or any controlled substances.
You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during your assessment and to follow the prescribed herbal and dietary protocols as directed. You must inform us of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment plan.
Our protocols are based on standardized botanical extracts and dietary modifications. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, reversal of disease, or elimination of symptoms. Plant Med Clinics is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from misuse of our recommendations, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed health conditions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the consultation in question.
All content provided during consultations, including written plans, educational materials, and herbal protocols, is the intellectual property of Plant Med Clinics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written consent. The name "PlantMed" and our logo are registered trademarks.
We collect and store your personal health information solely for the purpose of providing care. Your data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your records at any time by contacting us at info@plantmedclinics.com.
Consultation fees are due at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. We do not offer subscription plans or automatic billing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any patient who violates these terms, provides false information, or engages in disruptive behavior. In such cases, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused prepaid consultations. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
